Field Engineering Project Manager

• Provide on-site technical support to customers
• Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for customers.
• Track critical escalations and ensure that issues involving other engineering teams are resolved; keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights for product improvement and development.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and productivity.
• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
• Communicate field insights to internal teams for product improvement and development.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing engineering projects with a focus on Autosar Classic and Adaptive platforms.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exhibiting strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in a technical support, field application, or solution engineering role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, self-organized, and proactive.
